SUPPLY OF VEHICLES FOR Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE) Legislative Support PROJECT

NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
- The Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE) has received Financing from the Government of the Republic of Liberia in various currencies towards the cost of implementation of District Development Project (DDPs) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments under the contract No NCB: LACE/LSP/VEH. -001/’26 for the Supply of Five assorted Project vehicles.
- The Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply of vehicles for the District Development Project (DDPs) described in the Schedule of Requirement of the Bid Document.
- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as reflected in the Act establishing LACE and consistent with the Government of Liberia’s Public Procurement and Concessions Commission Act and Regulations (PPCA) and is opened to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE) head office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 0900 to 1700 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. - Qualification requirements include:
- Bidders must submit copy of current Business Registration Certificate
- Bidders must provide current Tax Clearance Certificate
- Bidders must have successfully completed at least two (2) similar contracts done within the last three (3) years of similar nature.
- Bidder must provide record of past performance
- Manufacturer Authorization
- Bidder must provide Power of Attorney Authorizing Signatory to the bid.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon the payment of a non- refundable fee of One Hundred United States Dollars (USD$100.00). The method of payment will be a direct payment at LACE Finance Department; by Cash and/ or check in favor of LACE respectively, and submitting the payment evidence to the Procurement Department to collect the Bid Documents.
- Kindly note that pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 12, 2026 at the precise hour of 2:00 PM in the office of the Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE), in the premises of the Executive Mansion Grounds, Monrovia, Liberia.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 p.m. local time, June 22, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2:00 p.m. on June 22, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration to be completed using the form provided in the bid documents.
